Bridge Equity team purchased this poorly maintained townhome directly from the owner. In addition to lots of deferred maintenance, there was extensive damage to walls and water damage in the kitchen, baths and patio. The seller also needed flexibility in both her move-out schedule and what she wanted to take and leave behind. Of course, we accommodated her, and she was able to take or leave anything she wanted (including the master bathroom toilet!!!). By completely modernizing this townhome we were able to get top resale dollar in this townhome community, making us very popular with the neighbors.
